How long will it take to get my sweet, sweet, dino shirt?

In order for us to provide you with the highest quality shirts while keeping our costs down, all of our products are printed-on-demand once you place an order. This means the fulfillment time is a bit longer than stores that carry inventory. From the moment you place your order it takes 2-7 business days to create your shirt. You should allow for shipping time on top of that.

More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less after fulfillment, while 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days after fulfillment. We really appreciate your patience!


How can I check the status of an order?

Once your clothing has been printed, we will email you with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your shirt's journey.

 Do you ship internationally?

We do! There are additional fees, however:

Canada: +$5

Everywhere else: +$10

What if my product is misprinted, damaged, or defective?

If you somehow receive a product that is misprinted/damaged/defective, we will happily exchange it at our cost! Just shoot us an email at along with a photo of the damaged product within 30 days and we'll ship you a new one!


What is your exchange policy?

We want you to love your new dino shirt, so if you order a product and need a different size, we can definitely ship you a new one. However, we're still a young company so we do charge a $10 restocking fee to help with expenses. Our goal is to eventually eliminate this fee in order to provide the best customer experience possible. We strongly recommend you consult our sizing charts above to make sure you get the best fit possible. Thanks for your understanding!

Just send the shirt(s) back to the Return Address on the receipt, which is:

and send an email to with your order # and telling us what the issue is. Once we receive the product you want to exchange, we will process your restocking fee and ship you your new shirt.

If your shirt is damaged or otherwise defective, we will happily replace it at our cost. (See above for more information.)
